Cleanliness is top priority to protect you and your guests. The cleaners abide by COVID-19 policies to ensure your villa is as clean as possible. They are experienced and take pride in their role in ensuring a comfortable visit. 
Pool Cleaning
The villa pools are cleaned weekly and chemicals are added to maintain the proper chemistry. The result is sparkling water that is refreshing and relaxing. The pool cleaners are knowledgeable about the complex pool systems and are experts in their field. 
Maintenance
The villas are continually maintained throughout the year so the chances of you having issues during your visit are minimal. Fire extinguishers and smoke alarms are checked yearly. Air Filters are checked monthly and changed quarterly at a maximum.

Time Out Florida Villas is purposely a small business as our goal is to establish relationships with owners and renters. Communication is key to successful relationships. We are available anytime to address any questions and respond in a timely manner. If there is special request, we are happy to assist. 
Periodic Inspections
To ensure your villa continues to meet standards, we perform periodic inspections of our cleaners. In addition, before a check in, the villa is inspected to confirm it is truly check in ready. Post-check-out inspections are performed to confirm the villa is left in the same condition as pre-check-in.
