This gorgeous, well maintained, newly updated 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is located in the Solana Resort Community neighborhood. This 2,200 square foot two storey home has an open floor plan that is light and bright creating a comfortable relaxing vibe. As you walk into the home, there is one bedroom to the left with a queen bed with a 32" TV with cable.At the back of the home is the master bedroom that has its own master bathroom with a walk in shower, deep soaker tub and a walk in closet with a 40" flat screen TV/cable. The main living area also looks back on to the patio and pool area equipped with a 70" Smart TV and cable. The kitchen area has a high top counter bar that seats two and is fully equipped for a home cooked meal with ample counter space. On the second story there is a Disney themed room with twin beds. There is also a Frozen themed princess room that includes bunkbeds and sleeps 2 comfortable. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with shower and tub. The third bedroom on the second story is a queen sized room with its own ensuite bathroom. Outdoors there is a private pool and spa to relax on the days away from the parks and shopping. The pool can be heated for an additional daily cost. A bbq/grill can also be rented for outdoor grilling. There are two sun loungers and and outdoor patio set for lounging around. This home comes with a Star Wars themed games room with pool table, Fooz ball and gaming center area with Xbox and gaming chairs with a SMART 50" flat screen TV .

Solana Resort is situated only minutes from Disney and near to all the Central Florida theme parks and attractions it is the ideal location for a Florida vacation. One of the highlights of Solana Resort is the fabulous Clubhouse with its resort size heated pool and spa. Surrounded by palm trees the pool area is a true oasis in the heart of Florida. The large colourful deck area has ample loungers and is perfect for unwinding in the Florida sunshine. If you have children and want to take a little break from the sun there are cabanas to give a little shade. You can take a dip in the inviting blue waters of the pool to cool off, or why not relax in the spa with a nice cold drink? If you feel a little more energetic there is a beach volleyball court and a recreation field if you wish to kick or throw a ball around or perhaps fly a kite with your children. If you want to do something a little more leisurely but just as fun, then on the other side of the pool is a brand new 18 hole mini-golf course to practice for playing on one of the many top-rated golf courses that are nearby. Alternatively, if you are a bit more adventurous there is the 'climbing ribbon' which is very popular with older children. We are also delighted the tot-lot/playpark is now fully installed and open for use and is a fantastic addition to the resort facilities for younger kids. Next to the pool is a picnic area with barbecues so you can bring your lunch down to the pool too or have dinner watching the fabulous sunsets that Solana enjoys.

Inside the air-conditioned clubhouse there is a lovely large lounge area with a widescreen television which is perfect for relaxing out of the heat. If you want to burn off some energy there is a fantastic fitness room with all the popular equipment free for Solana guests use - cycling machines, running machines and multi-gym amongst others.

There are computers and free wifi for checking your e-mails, keeping in touch with home or work, or making plans for a day out and about at the theme parks or other many attractions that are nearby. The clubhouse also offers free wireless internet access if you wish to use your own laptop/ipad either inside or out by the pool.

For those that like arcade games there is a games room that has both popular modern arcade games along with a more traditional hockey game and pinball machines.

There is a concierge service with helpful advice to help you plan your days out at Walt Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios and the other theme parks. The friendly staff can also offer advice on nearby restaurants, shopping, golf courses or any other information that you may need to know. They are dedicated to helping guests with their vacation or conference needs. As an authorised ticket seller for Disney they can conveniently offer ticket sales at competitive prices and park advice for guests too.

There is also the addition of a small shop that sells the essential items and some souvenirs you may wish to purchase.

Outside by the pool we now have a tiki bar that offers chilled drinks and poolside snacks such as hotdogs and fries.The community is great for a casual walk or you could enjoy the club house that includes mini golf, fully equipped gym and arcades. There is a small TIKI bar for some quick snacks and refreshments. small game of basketball. At the front of the community, there is a playground for the kids to play while you grill on the grills provided. You can enjoy your meal on the picnic tables provided or you can take it back to the home. If you want to venture out of the home and community, there are tons of restaurants and shopping. This home is about 20 miles from Disney Parks as well as Rt. 192 that has everythign imaginable.
