This charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home with private pool is the ideal base for visiting all the attractions in the Central Florida area. Located in the Sandy Ridge community, in Davenport. It is only 12 miles to Disney World theme parks and is located close to local shops and restaurants and close to the I-4 enabling an easy commute to the Coast.

This vacation villa has a South facing pool deck to cool off after an exciting day at SeaWorld, Universal, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom or Epcot. The interior of this home is very cozy. It has an open floor plan with the kitchen overlooking the dining area and living area. The dining area seats six comfortably. The living area has a nice sectional with a flat screen tv. All the rooms also come with a tv. Ths home is appealing as it has two master bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. One has a king bed, the other a queen bed. In addition, there is another bedroom with two twin beds with another bathroom across the hall. A complete kitchen with all cookware and laundry facilities on site with linens and towels provided. This home has a place for everyone - what more could you need! Special Amenities: Pool heating is available with an additional $25 per day fee. If you'd like the pool to be heated, please include this request in your booking inquiry A BBQ grill can be rented for an additional fee (this includes delivery, propane and utensils). Please include this request in your booking inquiry. Prices range from $70-95 per week depending on size of grill. Prices are negotiable for longer term rentals. There is a $300 fully refundable security deposit required on stays of 4 nights or less . A separate booking agreement is required to be signed prior to check in. This booking automatically includes a damage waiver that covers up to $1500 in accidental damages.

Sandy Ridge is located just off Highway 17/92, just 3.5 miles from Interstate 4. Interstate 4 provides direct access to Tampa (45 minutes) and to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando International 30 minutes and Sanford 60 minutes)
